It uses Google maps and with a layer it adds icones depending on the type of vessel – Passenger Vessels, Cargo Vessels, Tankers, High Speed Craft, Tug, Pilot, etc, Yachts & Others, Navigation Aids, Unspecified Ships, Ships Underway. It shows the direction and when you put your mouse over the icon and click on it, you get the name of the ship, and loads of information. It also gives you a photo of the ship if it is in the data base. Wow!!!

And what’s realy cool is that its LIVE!!!
